I have posted a video and a story here on this board which breaks down that supposed 40 billion. Most of it does not really go to Ukraine. McGregor is very trustworthy, imo. You need to stop believing everything the scammers that run our govt tell you. It's almost all lying propaganda. Or, Just become a Joe Biden contributor and lose yourself entirely in the Matrix.
