Post #4090: Whatever happened to the Form 10? I thought it was supposed to be released with the financials. I hope CSMA doesn't turn into the classic BB stock that delivers nothing but broken promises. Post #4092 (From the infamous David Smith): ...that post was pathetic and not worth responding to. I had posted the following a week ago Thursday: Here is the current information of the status of the Form 10 filing. The Form 10 is ready and is currently in final review by the company's attorneys before submittal. The paperwork will be filed shortly. ###################################################################### David's post was on December 29th. We're STILL waiting David, and wondering what the holdup is????? By the way, does anyone else get a gpf when they try to open David Smith/Isaac's profile? Just curious as to why it is that right after he disappeared from the thread all of a sudden his profile (previous posts) became inaccessible (at least to me anyway)....hmmmmmmm..... Doesn't seem that too many people are pouring money into the stock of this company anymore. Now if they were a REPORTING company, that might give them a wee bit more credibility in some investor's eyes. JMHO.
