Just got back from trip to local - one farm - farm market for a few things we can't grow ourselves. Guy is younger & ambitious. Putting in several large greenhouses to go year round. 4 yr old granddaughter is visiting this week from Ohio and came along with the Great Dane in the back seat. Listened to Stanley Clarke & Friends Live @ The Greek on the way home. All time fav. jazz/rock live performance. Truly great stuff. Stuff our garden soil likes is doing well. Tomato & bell peppers transplanted from our smaller greenhouse a month ago. Seed planted beets, squash, etc. coming up. Sprouted sweet potato plants bot from another greenhouse small biz, hour drive in the other direction, looking good. Garlic planted last fall due for pulling end of this month. Blackberry bushes flowering like crazy, indicative of another good harvest later this Summer. As are 3 plum trees. Their first strong crop after 2 barren years due to late frosts. Two of 3 apple trees also look good. Iso
