I don't know about Mory's share selling schedule. I do know that the open window for insider selling (per ASND rules) is 1 month each quarter. I'm guessing that the open window for this quarter runs through February, so be prepared for more of the same. I wouldn't worry about it, as it is commonplace in companies that pay (in part) with options (though I wouldn't mind having 35,000 shares to sell in the first place).

Jan,

I had a conversation several months with Bernie Schneider ago following a rash of insider selling, and recall Bernie stating that Mory did sell on a consistent basis. I believe his last sell was also for 35K shares.
