Woodpecker won't let me sleep. Arghh!!! I've always said that the market is a total scam. Companies in business for a hundred years claiming massive profits but selling bonds and doing secondary offerings constantly. If I was really making money, I'd go private and keep the profit myself. Today is a good example. AMD is supposed to be a big profitable company but they just announced a convertible offering. Just have to turn off your brain partially and play the game so you can share in the scam.
