I have been following virology since the late 80s and I learned a several new things from that interview. For example, that antibodies never see a virus in the lungs in a respiratory infection. I knew that for the most part, your defense against viruses primarily comes from your t-cells, but I had never read anything about antibodies being almost totally useless against viruses in the lungs.

How anyone can ignore Michael Yeadon is beyond me. The fact he was Chief of Science for Pfizer for so many years and that he specialized in respiratory should have given him instant credibility during this controversy. He obviously knows much more about this topic than the doofuses that have been held up as experts by the powers that be. And as he said, there is no upside whatsoever in him doing what he is doing. It has only cost him to do it.
