seems western societies are 'progressing' into the reactionary of witches and other forms of magical thinking. legitimized human identity as 'they' for example... wiki is obviously behind the times (?): "...Dissociative identity disorder, previously known as multiple personality disorder and colloquially known as split personality disorder is a mental disorder characterized by the maintenance of at least two distinct and relatively enduring personality states [e.g., they]..." en.wikipedia.org so, 'they' as one's personal descriptive has been codified in the u.s. as a mental disorder (vernacular: 'crazy'), while u.s. universities are encouraging (demanding?) employees use the descriptor. crazy sh*t, for sure.
