According to Vogel this am, MSM WAS MSFT. WNP (I'm trying to find out who they are - this info IS at the FCC if you go there physically) is the largest opening bidder at $100MM, and Nextband (McCaw) is "next" at $50MM. The way he puts it together is that this means no ONE bidder will get into all 50 top markets (probably 20 at most), and this is positive for WCII. Of course, there may well be all SORTS of post auction discussions. Anyone know WHY MSM was not qualified?
