If the problem was easily manageable discussion would not be avoided in these spheres. Logical explanations are sensitive financial markets & a grand effort to create a crisis in order to delay the next presidential election, suspend the constitution, and have Clinton go down as evolving a world order through a global plan to fix the problem.
