House passed the bill raising minimum age to 21 to purchase semi-auto rifle or shotgun, and prospectively banning magazines with capacity greater than 10 rounds.
That’ll be DOA in the Senate.

The irony of requiring a purchaser to be 21 when that same person can join the armed forces at 18 and be given a full auto to shoot is obviously lost on the wizards in the House.

Does that apply to people serving in the military who happen to be under the age of 21?
