Ike, Chuck my computer in Kuwait is not allowing me to accsess the page it says does not support frames Depends on which BROWSER you're using. Old versions of Netscape or IE do not support "frames" which are used throughout our site. Many proprietary browsers (e.g., AOL) also lack support for frames. On our site, the yellow navigation bar on the left is one frame, and the content display on the right is another. I recommend that you upgrade your browser. Download from microsoft or Netscape whichever you prefer. Then you should have no problems.
