Think perhaps best all this who wish to fight over any issue be sent in batches in evenly matched opposing teams to, say for examples, Arctic, Syria, Afghanistan etc to fight it out, 10,000 per team at a time, w/ time for training etc and weapons selection (unknown-player style, etc) and assigned limited plenty but limited provisions delivered to fixed supply points, etc etc No prisoners allowed, and no medical evacuations permitted. Fresh teams are sent in but tired teams are kept in, with the total fighters on both sides always kept at 10,000 per side, just like the re-spawning in computer games.
