From what I can tell, the PHAC data have a separate category for this 14-day period: "not yet protected [sic] from vaccination [sic]" while the provinces happily and disingenuously include this cohort in the non-jabbed numbers. I don't know how PHAC can perform this separation if they rely on provincial data for their combined numbers. It's obvious from my previous post that they are playing games with the data on a large scale, so I wouldn't trust any of their claims or data without some sort of verification if possible. I noticed their "Table 3" doesn't show any methodology as to how they derived the rate ratios and the whole numbers look suspicious.
