So, according to them, the 46 labs were part of the process of elimination the illegal old Soviet bio- and chemical weapons program in Ukraine. Over 30 years later, those research centers are, apparently, still in business - courtesy of the US taxpayers. I don’t think we were supposed to find out about any of this. Maybe the Russians have found stuff - and this acknowledgment is meant to preempt whatever is likely to become public. Or maybe not. Who knows.

I'd like to think that the FBI is looking into this, seems like the sort of thing for which they were formed. I'd like to think that but am having some difficulty. That's a lot of fires. I think. Wonder what base line is, wonder why base line is never provided. Suspects? Arrests? Aliens? Angry gods?
