I've always looked at Qualcom and its expensive stock price.

I remember TJ Rogers saying they have the best RF radios.

Any entry levels you look at.

So glad I stacked up cash as well.

At what rate would the 3 to 10 year treasury become attractive to you?

If bought at a yield peak and the fed drops rates to arrest a recessionary decline, the gain on the sale (if held longer than 12 months) is a capital gain - if I understand that correctly. The interest income is taxed as personal income - hard to get over that.

I find dividends to be the most attractive, but have often considered the treasury as it appeals to many and I'm ignorant.
