Skeeter,

I'm a new comer to Micron Only Forum and would just like to make a few comments.

Despite what Dataquest says and what most news is reporting,
I believe that DRAM price may rebound towards the second half of this year. My reasons are as follows:

1). Both the Korean and Japanese DRAM makers are not just
cutting their capex this year. They are also shifting their DRAM capacity into other products (reported to be used for IC contract manufacturing).

2). Most of Korean makers are still using 0.35 process and may not have the financial resource to upgrade their process to 0.25. In other words, neither their cost nor their supplies can improve by
much.

3). Last time, I trusted Dataquest, I lost a bundle on betting on the DRAM makers.

Regards, BJ
