A 15% drop in S&P 500 earnings and a 4% inflation rate would give a Rule of 20 valuation of about 2,600 12-months from now with Rule of 20 at an oversold level of 18.5 (like 2018).

It would be about 2850 SPX at a straight up Rule of 20 and 4% inflation or 18.5 Rule of 20 and 2% inflation.

So China is selling our bonds, Japan is selling our bonds and now the Fed is going to stop buying our bonds. What could possibly go wrong????
