Can anyone refer me to an online broker that charges about $25 or less as their minimum commission charge for option trades? Mike, I just checked my broker to see what it would cost me if I did want to do an option and here is their schedule: Option Trade ($35.00 minimum) $12.00 per trade plus: ÿÿ$3.25 per contract, 1-9 contracts ÿÿ$3.00 per contract, 10-19 contracts ÿÿ$2.50 per contract, 20 plus contracts My broker is Protrade. When I calculated it out, I would pay $42 for a 10 contract option. Since you are looking for someone who does $25 minimum or less, what are you paying now? Anyone else hangin out here, is this 'about normal'?

Ameritrade charges $25 + $1.75/contract with $29 minimum. They take off 10% for trades placed electronically (phone or internet) so that works out to $22.5 + 1.575/contract, $26.1 minimum.
