JoeDementia10% is an idiot. Moronissimo! Incredibly stupid language. COVID, weather, silly regulations, costs, many factors contributed to lack of refining capacity. They’re running near 100%. Of course, they are! Make hay, sun shines. Given political landscape, why invest in a 2-3Bn refinery?
