Retail is so over built now it isn’t funny. Crazy how they go in and rebuild the interiors, etc when they take over a building!

LOL, so basically he has no idea but he makes big bucks for forecasting a 1700 point possible range... Deutsche Bank's Binky Chadha has the S&P at 3,000 as his bear case, possibly by November, but the index ending the year north of 4,700 is his base case.
