My big concern used to be that there remained enough oil supply to keep the chemical and plastics businesses viable for the next 100-years or so.

When peak oil was the rage in 2006, it seemed possible things were in a terminal drop. With fracking and new exploration, we see that's not been the case.

When it comes to the facts, I am a very non-judgemental person.
So I don't fault them for having that strategy.
But they are duplicitous when they mix politics and ESG in it to mask the truth.
So I am just putting my "investigative journalism" hat on.
