You may recall that FTEL has been asked to provide additional information. Whereas a NASDAQ listing may be likely, it is not certain. I expect FTEL to get a NASDAQ listing; However, I wouldn't call it certain.

It appears that Frank has 697,330 shares less than he did on April 9, 1997. You can verify this number by going over the sec documents I've provided. Is almost 700,000 shares what Hellen calls "some shares"?
