You may be forgetting about the algo's that are waiting for the post-Fed moves.

With a mid-week op-ex today, there will be plenty of gamma squeeze ops available the last 1-hour and 45-minutes of the session.

I agree but always remember, crashes tend to occur when markets are oversold. I guess it's because everyone expects a bounce from oversold readings so when supports fail and stop losses start firing, the floor drops out.
Hopefully we don't see that. I remember the Asian contagion and watching supports fail over and over again. It was brutal.
