The Obama economy was what bailed out Trump's is the first 2 1/2 years. Trump's Covid-19 relief plan was way too much in 2020/2021. Then Biden added a little more injury with his own relief plan. But most of the damage came from Trump. Now we have our own oil bubble begging to get some Iranian oil flowing which has been delayed probably because Saudi Arabia hates the Iranians. So, it's complicated to say the least.
