Frankly, so far, I feel, the trip to 30K has been very orderly, as has the trip to 10K The carnage in bond space is more disconcerting Folks complain that ‘gold isn’t gold’. I have no such such complaints yet. I am suspicious that the FED is actually defeating ‘inflation’ of the sort I fear, but okay, am willing to remain agnostic of the FED’s efforts to do right.
