Only news I could dig up about KKR was that his fund was investing 200MM in Primedia common stock.

Can you give additional info on KKR/OXHP deal?

Thanks and best regards.

Worswick, sometimes it feels so good to pat one's own shoulder <g>. If you had some additional stuff on the KKR news would be great. The last chance to average down a little on the stock may very well be the upcoming EPS announcement. But MP and KKR have discounted them already for sure, so I guess one must buy then or this train is gone, if it's not gone already.

On the S&P report, it seems they have at last corrected their earlier "fair value" assessment of $56 to $35, which I think is much more realistic anyway.

I'm pretty happy now,

Thomas
