Steve,

Watch how the OSX moves with or away from the DOW. The DOW is basicly flat up 25 now and the NAZ up 2 as I am writing. If the OSX detaches from the DOW, and stays up while the DOW moves down - well its quite obvious that such would be a good sign.

I think the solid bottom for the OSX is 96-97 range, not the 88-90 range.

I really feel that we have had too many flat days and that the chances is that the overall market should start to come down by this Friday, in light of the 3 day weekend and landing before expiration week. Also feel there may be arbitrage situation next week. Dont think the big boys want the overly high volume of calls (as compared to puts) to be too profitable.

BP reported earnings and is down over 3 1/2 points, which is dragging down the OIX.
