I was told that rand had everything to do with the tee-ing up of ukraine as proxy

if true, are we supposed to think the employees of rand are of a different sort than those working for, say for example, Alphabet / Google?

if yes, indication of division coming up, un-good

if no, than indication of bipartisan and and and, and also not good

just broad strokes of the wide brush
