Actually, Syquest has a number of lawsuits still pending with them. I believe one or two of them have to do with the same situation as it occurred a couple years ago. These things tend to go on forever.

Actually, SyQuest has four class action lawsuits and one derivatives lawsuit.

But I think you're right. Most of them are a year or two old--back before the lawyers realized that they would have to take their fees in stock. ;)

With all this negative stuff, I thought I'd give kudos
to Iomega Support - I recently had a Ditto drive parallel cable go
bad, and after calling them & explaining the problem, they
sent me a new one in 3 days...I'll be an IOM customer for a
long time.
