I’ve got 18 acres on a hill at the end of the road. My closest neighbor is a retired Coast Guard Captain who used to hunt Colombian drug smugglers with 50 cal machine guns. Have a 20 gpm well and 1,000 gallons of propane. Need to get a beefier generator that runs off propane as well as gas. You might want to reconsider the Caponard. Like many Italians, the Aprilia can be temperamental. A good Honda, Suzuki or Kawasaki might serve you better.
