Debt at fixed rates is ok. You are going to be paying it back in cheaper dollars. Much cheaper if this continues.

Yes, some items are going to go up much more than others. The problem though in this inflationary period, the major inputs are the things that are exploding in price, energy and raw materials, so pretty much everything is going to be impacted to some degree.
