I think this is the quote for Pacific Information Systems quote.yahoo.com the "c" could stand for them being exempt from Nasdaq listing requirements for a limited period of time. I'm not really sure about that this is who BOSCF is aqquiring so don't anyone take it as gospel...though it doesn't seem as if there are too, too many folks still around...but still do your own D&D... jf...
