If I'm not mistaken the current bid/ask represents an all-time new low for the stock price.

I think the consensus opinion amongst INCE's shareholders is..... we're all pretty disappointed with the way management has chosen to handle shareholder relations, and there is very little sign that management is looking out for anyone but themselves...... at this given moment not many people believe in "the INCE story" any more.

Sure, anything can happen... an alliance with a major interconnect manufacturer could breath new life into INCE (it might be better if a major interconnect manufacturer simply bought out Microlink) ...but we're likely to see quite a few investors running for the exits if they reach their cost basis. We still have to work our way through the last few Series C preferred share conversions/sales, and I'm not sure who would want to buy shares in Sigma or Microlink in the even INCE ever tried to raise capital through selling shares in one or more subsidiaries.... which seems to be about the only way they can try and raise money given the condition of their financials (as indicated by their recent 10-K).

We need a miracle.
