I received a copy of a proxy for a special shareholders meeting that was held 2-18-98. Main vote was to inact a 1 for 4 reverse . this would reduce the shares authorizes from 20MM to 5MM. they were then asking to increase authorized shares to 100,000,000 . Does anyone have a news announcement (I've checked canada stockwatch and yahoo) to see if the vote went through. They must get clpzf above $1 US or they risk being delisted.
