Off topic, sort of (to all watching this string) ... When you read a financial story on quarterly or annual earnings, what's the most important piece of information for you? Revenue/sales? Net income? Gross margins? EBITDA? I work for newsletter group that reports these financials, and it would be nice to know what folks in this string think about financial reporting in general ...

I'm afraid that the dish system, while the concept is good, will quickly 'overload' and slow down! Already happening, 6 months back using my trusty net.medic I was getting an average of over 400K (up to 768K - they did say 30 mbps would be there one day - grin) on certain sites, now less than 200K, sure some of it is hughes and some of it the net itself, but it is pretty pathetic in six months I have lost half my speed, if that is an indicator then hard times are ahead in the very near future for us all. Of course, we have the same problem everywhere, regardless of what is being used! Exactly! I need more speed! Just the 'tip' of the 'iceberg' I'm afraid, with more and more users on the net. How bad do you think it will have to get before we start pressuring the government to "fix" it? GRIN
