That URL is where you can get and pay bills with nothing other than a standard browser. It is the prototype location for web bill payment and presentment, and is what a bank's site looks like before it is branded with the bank's customization. If you are using Q98, then your bills will be presented off of the JITS server, and paid through Q98. So if you have set up on-line bill payment through a bank or through CKFR, the bill will be paid that way. Have you gotten set up with a bank yet?
