I wonder if this 30-day implementation service applies only for institutions for whom FDR already processes bank statements. If they already have the data, it's not hard to see how it could be so fast.

If it applies also where FDR is only processing bank cards (ie inbound transactions), as seems to be implied by the article, then I'm a bit surprised as to how they could guarantee the set up time.

Any thoughts anyone ? And do any sleuths have info on how many banks FDR has for such services ?

In any case, these institutions are so tiny, you can have hundreds of them, and still not have as many customers as ONE of the major banks.

>>>pat, nice write up, however, the plot.

That 30/30 Program is a service system CKFR no longer does. I believe they spun that off to some former CKFR execs. They Call themselves. Corillian.

Another to watch is Edify

They got the contract to put the system in Chase last fall, for just over a Million plus costs if I have it right. They also put in an NT platform vs. and IBM os/2 based system.

Both of these companies support CKFR based transactions, vs that 30/30 press release which stated FDC supported MSFDC.
