They don't care. They are brining in more money now than they did pre sanctions. In fact, they are now at the point wherein they are cutting off delivery of oil and gas to nations that have stood against them. It's Biden's fault it has come down to this. The BRICS nations are the winners. We are the loser

You're being facetious, but actually you are correct.

Russia is rapidly expanding to sell it's products elsewhere and is doing just fine.
