CSCO doesn't seem to be rallying with the market.
Any news out there to explain this divergence?

As LEAPS candidates, I usually search out the stocks with excellent long-term prospects but

1) with short-term drawbacks;

2) with low volatility (and thus low time premium)

T falls into the first category whereas ATI and BMY fall into the second. These are just some of the issues on my watch list for new position(s) or addition.
