Mike,

The latest word I have is that earnings will be out before the market open on February 17th. (Anybody with more current information feel free to correct me.) One concern I have is that President's day is on the 16th, but I don't know if that will affect anything. (Is the market open that day?)

The latest revenue/earnings estimates that I have seen are from a First Call (Kinnard) research report dated 1-6-98. The revenue estimate is $1.0 Million and the earnings estimate is for -.23. These are down from $2.2 Million and -.19. Interestingly, estimates for Q1, 1998 were raised from $2.7 Million to $3.2 Million and -.14 to -.12.

I think it is safe to assume that Ancor has been tapping into the Reg D money to fund their operations. I don't think that will change until some significant new customers are signed. That's also why I think we will see details of another round of financing in the near future. (Steve Snyder told me that they were hoping to have something to talk about around the time of the earnings release, but that was several weeks ago.)
