What was the mistake? We decide which rights we have, not the courts. It's in the 9th Amendment. Can NJ ban interracial marriage since "it's not in the Constitution?"

Apparently, states can't decide gun issues even though there isn't a well-regulated militia but can decide health issues without knowing the case. It's amazing to watch dumb spread across the country.
