Anyone: For those more familiar with the NAZ requirements: Obviously we are below $5. I understand that the $5 threshhold is a "guideline" but that it is generally adhered to. My question is under what circumstances is it not adhered too? If I am NAZ looking at FTEL I can see no reason to overlook this "guideline". They basically have no history of sales, no history of earnings (or rather, a history of losses). What type of situation, circumstance, set of conditions, etc. would the NAZ consider as warranting overlooking this guideline?
