Its the 9TH Amendment Once a right is retained it becomes a right... think of it as an easement... once established it has the force of law. The people who wrote the Bill of Rights knew that they could not enumerate every right people have. We retain all rights... no matter who tries to take them away by trickery or force rights are unalienable. Have you ever read the Declaration of Independence? "they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” We will regain and retain our rights from the trickery and force by BIG GOVERNMENT REPUBLICANS.
