I listened to a room this morning about housing. There isn't the exposure to subprime that there was in 08 and builders didn't prebuild as many unsold homes this time. Outlook is for only a 4-5% drop in value worst case scenario. There just isn't going to be huge appreciation and 20 cash buyers trying to outbid each other anymore.
