Because they are moving the price up before the dog and pony show in Texas this month. Next is to sell short into the rally and cover on the pull back. Its so easy to do because no one is watching. The longs get excited and add to positions and some shorts get scared out and the manipulators make money, some things never change.

"Zonagen, Inc. 19.50 will break a triple top at 20.00. This breakout
would follow a couple of higher bottoms and if broken could see the
test of bearish resistance."

Could be time to cover.
