Hi Ram,
It isn't a bullish catapult because the last pullback created a double bottom. Bullish catapults requires higher bottoms. We couldn't get an exact vertical count on this since you go from the last bottom created which would be the above mentioned double bottom. Right now we are in a column of X's, the column we would count for the vertical count, but we haven't reversed down yet. You could do a count now but it wouldn't be completely accurate.
