BC, I don't think that's going to happen. Despite the recent 75-basis-point hike, interest rates are still well below where they need to be in order to combat inflation that is already over 8%.

That was a major reason why the Fed was so hesitant to raise interest rates until it was too late. Now we know the Fed was completely wrong.

Stagflation is more likely to happen than Japanese-style deflation.
