Hi Jim, The main problem that FSCX and other frame relay access device vendors are going to have, is a general trend toward public ATM networks. The service providers are pricing public ATM access very competitively to the public frame relay prices. Therefore, if FSCX does not have a clean migration story to ATM (I am not aware of one), they will have a limited growth potential. The customer base that you mentioned is waiting for the next generation of voice/video/data integration access products, which is basically knocking at the front door now. Tom
