I think you are correct, we may see it slide to 0.01 or even below, depending on how long it takes to close the merger deal.
Looks like all those who wanted to buy have already bought (at higher prices), and are now quietly waiting for this deal to be finalized.

This is one of the most civil thread I've seen, my hat goes off to you, folks. It's not easy to watch your investments deteriorate.
I am sure there are many more people who have not yet bought (considering the amount of email I was getting via the CVIA Shareholder Site), but are watching it closely for something solid (read 'Merger & First Acqusition Finalized') to make their decision. (not all are gamblers like me<g>)

I am not too concerned with the current value of my CVIA shares, I am in for the merger, and I have a lot confidence in Jack Arnold for a number of reasons.
