I believe Russia had to wait until all the dominoes
were in order....in 2022 that occurred.

US/NATO already look impotent as they've had 8 years
of preparing for this and Russia incapacitated them in
roughly 3 months....so unfortunately for the world one side is

leaderless and no one can surmise where that will lead.
